The MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership recruits top professionals to participate in an intensive, year-long leadership development program. The program provides access to the top minds in business education, world leaders and entrepreneurs, and a group of cohorts that is unrivaled in experience and talent. A critical recruiting tool, the Sloan Fellows' website needed to better position and market the program to candidates and sponsoring companies.
With information gathered from group and one-on-one interviews of current and entering participants, mediumbold refocused the site to better "sell" the program to its target audience. Video interviews with current and past participants provide insight into the program’s unique experience and lasting benefits, while a Flash and XML "facebook" of the current class allows prospective candidates to assess the caliber of their potential cohorts.
